About Us

Elder Care Connection was founded in 2006 by Karen Marousek and Grace Cognetta both registered nurses with over 30 years experience in the home care industry.  Together they bring a vast knowledge of hospital based nursing, hospice care, discharge planning and case management services.  They have advanced training in geriatric care management.  Both Karen and Grace are members of:

Karen and Grace are personally committed to the health and well being of the agency's clients and their families.  Our agency works diligently to provide personal attention to all clients.

Our specialties include working with at risk seniors, families at a distance and coordination of services.
